Our Early Careers Programs
The Mack Early Careers Programs aims to develop future leaders by providing employment opportunities and professional development experiences that support and complement a related course of external tertiary study. Early Career Programs are supportive pathways to rewarding careers at Mack. Staff receive ongoing training, guidance, and support from workplace mentors.
Our programs are designed to give students an overview of construction-related roles and the chance to experience the construction process from start to finish as well as the important support functions that help the seamless delivery of our projects and business dealings. The program covers areas such as contract administration, site management, workplace health and safety, post and pre-construction management, design management, and business development.
