  • Construction of a robust concrete ground slab meeting TfNSW B80 specifications.
  • Installation of heavy-duty bolts for structural columns, with verification before pouring pile caps.
  • Construction of an apron slab around the warehouse for durability and operational access.
  • Site and traffic management plans to minimise disruption and maintain compliance with TfNSW standards.
