Key construction elements included:

  • Identification of all underground utility services within the works area
  • Liaison and stakeholder management with multiple service asset authorities
  • Installation and construction of new electrical conduits and lines and 42 light poles
  • Removal of existing footpath pavement
  • Clear, grub and management of site materials
  • Planting of additional native trees , greenery and turfing
  • Installation of new stormwater drainage pipelines and culverts.
  • Installation of 2000m2 new high-quality decorative concrete footpath pavement
  • Paving to remaining existing concrete footpaths
  • Installation of street furniture with improved accessibility
