  • Widening of footpaths to accommodate outdoor seating, including the installation of new high-quality paving
  • Undergrouding of all electrical services and installation of new multifunction smart poles with integrated signage, lighting, and electric vehicle charging stations
  • Construction of paved footpath continuations and pedestrian crossings
  • Construction of new water-sensitive urban design rain gardens and porous kerb
  • Improvements to stormwater drainage
  • Landscaping, including the planting of additional trees, greenery, and 20 mature palm trees
  • Improvements to the existing cycle route
