Key construction elements included:

  • Site preparation plus bulk cut and fill.
  • Excavation till reduced level
  • 2000m3 of earthworks, forming mounds in the Landform play area
  • Supply and lay of geofabric material
  • 1100m3 of asbestos remediation, including encapsulation and off-site disposal
  • Subgrade construction for proposed playground and carpark areas
  • Supply and Construction of pits with Class C Ductile Iron Covers
  • Installation of stormwater drainage lines and pits and forming of swales.
