Swinbourne Street BOTANY

Swinbourne Street Botany Neighbourhood Centre Upgrade
Client: Bayside Council
Duration: 8 months
Project Valuation: $2 million
Project Status: Completed

Key construction elements included:

  • demolition of existing retaining walls
  • construction of a custom design 9m high tiered mass block water sensitive urban design enviro wall
  • service relocation works to Sydney water and Ausgrid assets
  • new street lights and power poles
  • upgrade of neighborhood center footpaths with exposed concrete and paved border footpaths
  • installation of pedestrian crossings
  • new landscaping and street furniture
